Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Our parcels are sent via Fastway and can take up to 3 working days for delivery. Once we ship your order we will send you a quick email with tracking details so you can track your parcel. Fastway will require a signature on delivery.

Delivery costs
Free delivery on orders over €50.

Orders less than €50 will be charges at a flat rate of €5

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Orders Placement

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3 business days.

Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at ‘The Forgotten Lady’ we hope you love your new purchase. If for any reason you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Please note we do not issue refunds on gift card orders. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.

NOTE *We do NOT offer FREE returns* you can choose how you wish to return it  to us  by post, courier or in person instore. 

EXCHANGING GOODS

We are happy to exchange a product instore for the same product but in a different size, if available pending the product being returned is new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging.  If a different product is requested, then a new order must be completed on the website by the user.

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to offer exchange or refund on the following products once the original packaging has been opened unless they are misdescribed or faulty:

- Underwear/lingerie, control lingerie & shape wear, hosiery and swimwear

- Control lingerie & shapewear.

- Hosiery and swimwear.

- Hats and hair accessories

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection.

How to return your product

All dispatched orders will include a confirmation form outlining your purchase details, our contact details and return address. Please insert the original order form or a copy of the form in the returned parcel, without this we may not be able to track your details.

Following inspection of the returned goods and after your return has been processed you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact theforgottenlady@gmail.com
